  1. Who is an ATIO certified translator?
An ATIO certified translator is a professional certified by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO). This certification ensures that the translator has the necessary qualifications, expertise, and adherence to professional standards to deliver high-quality and accurate translations.
  2. What is ATIO certified translation?
Accuracy: Translations are precise and maintain the integrity of the original document.
Legal Acceptance: Recognized by Canadian authorities, including government agencies, courts, and organizations.
Professional Standards: Certified translators are bound by a code of ethics and must meet ATIO’s stringent standards.
Seal of Certification: Each translation includes the translator’s ATIO stamp, signature, and certification number, confirming its authenticity.
  3. Do I need ATIO certified translation for my document?
ATIO translation is often required for official applications in Canada such as driver’s licenses (for DriveTest), educational transcripts (For PEO, CMA, OMA, etc.), birth certificates (Apostille), loan (Banks), marriage certificates (city hall), immigration (IRCC) and more.
  4. Can I order at your office?
Yes, you can. Our Toronto office is at 267 College St. However, online order offers you the best price and turnaround time.
  5. Do I need a soft copy or hard copy?
If you are submitting the document to an actual office (DriveTest, city hall, etc.), you will need a translation hard copy with our wet-ink stamp. If you are submitting it online (IRCC portal, bank, etc.), soft copy could be enough for you.
